GgmFPS144 fused to PTS1 tag for the peroxisomal expression

This part is part of the genes needed to replicate the mevalonate pathway in the peroxisome. For this purpose, all required genes have been assembled and can be found in the table below. The gene is MoClo (RFC1000) compatible. The GgmFPS144 is a substitute for the ERG20 gene. It synthesizes from isopentenyl diphosphate (IPP) and dimethylallyl diphosphate (DMAPP) mainly geranyl diphosphate (GPP) and small amounts of farnesyl diphosphate (FPP).
