ScERG10 fused to PTS1 tag for the peroxisomal expression

This part is part of the genes needed to replicate the mevalonate pathway in the peroxisome. For this purpose, all required genes have been assembled and can be found in the table below. The gene is MoClo (RFC1000) compatible. The ScERG10 catalyzes the reaction of acetyl-CoA to acetoacetyl-CoA.
