SltNPPS1 fused to PTS1 tag for the peroxisomal expression

This part is part of the genes needed to replicate the mevalonate pathway in the peroxisome. For this purpose, all required genes have been assembled and can be found in the table below. This gene is MoClo (RFC1000) compatible. The SltNPPS1 catalyzes the reaction from isopentenyl diphosphate (IPP) and dimethylallyl diphosphate (DMAPP) to neryl diphosphate (NPP). Truncated version without chloroplast tag.
