Mating factor alpha 1 with Kozak sequence

With a N-terminal mating factor alpha 1 from Saccharomyces sereviceae linked to the protein of interesst, it could secreted into the media. This allows a better purification of the protein.

This part is a part of a shuttle vector (K863204) that could use for site directed recombination in the yeast P. pastoris.
