Tet promoter + BisdB

Allows for inducible expression of the protein BisdB, one of a pair of proteins that can degrade bisphenol A (BPA). It is controlled by the tet promoter which can be induced with tetracycline. It should be used in conjunction with K620002 to degrade BPA.
