vioC+a RBS+lacI repressor+RNA thermometer+tetR+double terminator

Built in vioC(Part:BBa_K539513), strong expressing RBS, LacI, 37’celcius regulator RBS, tetR and Terminator(Part:BBa_K539558). It could catalyze either protoviolaceinic acid into violacein or protodeoxyviolaceinic acid (PVA) into deoxychromoviridans and inhibit Plac in any temperature and Ptet contained circuit when the temperature hit 37’C or higher. It can be applied in your interest part.
