Complimentary sequence to Myzus persisae BCR3 secreted protein

BCR3 is a predicted secreted protein that localizes to aphid bacteriocyte cells.

This is the a complimentary sequence to the coding sequence of from the Myzus persisae BCR3 gene that the Cardiff_Wales team is attempting to target using RNAi. When expressed in an RNAi construct it is designed to form a hairpin with the BCR3_full sequence.

BCR3_full_comp is cloned into the golden gate version of pSB1C3 (P10500) using BsmBI and conforms to the Phytobrick standard.

It is flanked by BsaI sites together 5' AATG and 3' GCTT cloning sequences for subsequent cloning into a level 1 plasmid.

This sequence is incorporated into a level 1 plasmid for plant expression as part of an RNAi construct with the coding sequence found in BBa_K2810003.
