This intermediate part can be used for your own (fusion) proteins. With the nuclear localization sequence you make sure that your protein is transported into the nucleus in mammalian cells. The BGH terminator makes sure that transcription is terminated.
Usage
To assemble fusion proteins the beginning of this intermediate part is RFC25. The end is RFC 10.
