Convergent Promoter System: Reverse Module: rPlac+TT

This is the reverse-promoter module for a convergent-promoter tight repression system. This part contains a reverse BBa_R0011 (hybrid pLac) followed by a forward BBa_B0015 (double terminator). pLac drives expression of the antisense transcript, and TT terminates transcription of the sense strand. The forward-promoter module of the convergent-promoter system is K093003, which drives expression of the coding regions to be tightly regulated and terminates transcription of the antisense transcript. Coding regions for parts to be negatively regulated are flanked by this pair of convergent-promoter modules.
