BBa_J45004 encodes SAM benzoic acid/salicylic acid carboxyl methyltransferase I derived from BSMT1 from Petunia x hybrida. BSMT1 catalyzes the conversion of benzoic acid to methyl benzoate and salicylic acid to methyl salicylate. Methyl benzoate has a floral smell and methyl salicylate has a wintergreen smell.

Summarize: we have created part BBa_K2656025. It is the BSMT1 coding sequence BBa_J45004 adapted into the Golden Gate assembly method. Thus, it is a basic part compatible with both Biobrick and GoldenBraid 3.0 grammar.
