pRS315 shuttle vector

pRS315 is a Saccharomyces/E. coli shuttle vector. The multiple cloning site has XbaI and SpeI restriction sites. EcoRI and PstI cannot be used with this plasmid. It contains the LEU2 gene for selection.

Team Tuebingen 2015 decided to make this vector backbone Biobrick compatible (RFC10). You can find that part here: Part:BBa_K1680015. Additionally, we added two more vectors of the pRS vector series with differen auxotrophic markers, pRS313 (Part:BBa_K1680014) and pRS316 (Part:BBa_K1680016), both compatible with Biobrick standard RFC10.
