tetO Array

The tetO array composed by a repetition of a tetO sequence, where YFP:tetR (BBa_K606025) can concentrate by binding. The concentration on the array increase the fluorescence sensibility. Origins of the tetO Array come from François-Xavier Barre, Andrew Wright and Dave Lane (Kinetics of plasmid segregation, Molecular Microbiology, 2004).
