Red chromoprotein with strong RBS. This is iGEM21_Linkoping_Sweden's improvement of the <partinfo>BBa_K1073022</partinfo>. The BioBrick was improved by adding a stronger RBS and spacers (G-10 leader, <partinfo>BBa_K1758100</partinfo> but the polyA sequence were removed and turned into <partinfo>BBa_K3892010</partinfo>) which increases the expression of the protein. This version of the protein has a glycine added after the start methionine to create a BamHI restriction enzyme site. This enables swapping of the RBS and promotor parts.

Red chromoprotein with strong RBS. This is iGEM21_Linkoping_Sweden's improvement of the BBa_K1073022. The BioBrick was improved by adding a stronger RBS and spacers (G-10 leader, BBa_K1758100 but the polyA sequence were removed and turned into BBa_K3892010) which increases the expression of the protein.
