This is a RFC12 compatible version of BBa_T2000. It is a 7x his tag tail domain meant for C-terminal fusions. His tags are meant to help purify a target protein.
Usage and Biology
Polyhistidine tags are a very common purification tag used to separate or identify a target protein.
