Coumaric acid 3-hydroxylase (C3H)

This enzyme from Saccharothrix espanaensis catalyzes the hydroxylation of 4-coumaric acid to make caffeic acid. This is the second step of the vanillin biosynthesis pathway. This part builds on the work of earlier iGEM teams, who contributed C3H Parts as follows: BBa_I742105, BBa_K238007, BBa_K2906013.
