Destructin-1 Expression Device

This composite part produces destructin-1, a collagen degrading serine protease normally produced by P. destructans. The destructin-1 sequence on its C-terminal has a histidine purification tag connected with a linker. The composite is reinforced with an Anderson promoter, RBS, and terminator.
