Linker
A 3x GSSG linker connecting HER2 and EGFR nanobody domains.
Usage and Biology
The GS linker is a 12 amino acid long sequence containing 3x GSSG tandems connecting HER2 and EGFR nanobody. This basic part ensure a spatial separation between the two nanobody domains to achieve antigen binding or improve protein folding
