CYP3A4-MYC - Cytochrome P450 3A4 codon-optimized with MYC tag for Saccharomyces cerevisiae

CYP3A4-MYC refers to a variant of the CYP3A4 enzyme that has been tagged with a MYC epitope. The MYC tag is a short peptide sequence derived from the c-MYC oncoprotein, and it is widely used to facilitate the detection, purification, or localization of tagged proteins using anti-MYC antibodies.
