Design Notes

We use it to improve the efficiency of carbon delivery between the two engineered bacteria to avoid the harm of CO2 release. And we choose PAO102 because it natively exists in Pseudomonas aeruginosa PAO1 as well as its broad pH adjustion, which ensures its normal expression in the engineered P.aeruginosa.
