Design Notes
Given that CO2 is hard to trasnport in the biofilm formed by the two kinds of engineered bacteria, we use PAO102 to improve the efficiency of carbon delivery to avoid the harm of CO2 release. And we choose this gene because it natively exists in Pseudomonas aeruginosa PAO1 as well as its broad pH adjustion, which ensures its normal expression in the engineered P.aeruginosa.
