Design Notes
Coding sequence for the thermostable α-carbonic anhydrase SazCA which catalyzes the reversible hydration reaction of
This sequence will be attached to a flexible linker sequence at its 5' end for the final construct of our fusion protein
Source
This part is derived from the genome of extremophilic bacterium Sulfurihydrogenibium azorense. Our sequence is derived from the paper by Zhu et al., (2022), which codon-optimized for the SazCA sequence for E. coli BL21(DE3).
