Twister P1 + T7_RBS + Rv Dsup + stem-loop

Introduction

This composite part is composed of Dsup and ribozyme-assisted polycistronic co-expression system：pRAP. Dsup is a protein that helps protect DNA from radiation damage. It was discovered in the Tardigrade Species Ramazzottius Varieornatus and tested by iGEM17_WashU_StLouis in Dsup (Radiation Protection)

Usage and Biology

We constructed Dsup into pRAP to endow E. coli with anti-UV capability.
