Aptamer for free Sarcosine

Aptamers are oligonucleotides (ssDNA/ssRNA molecules) that have selective binding capabilities to target molecules such as proteins or small molecules. Binding events occur when the target molecule makes contact with the active site of the aptamer, causing the aptamer to fold.
