Kozak + Sin3 Repression Domain

This is the kozak sequence ligated to the Sin3 Repression domain. It can be used to build synthetic transcriptional repressing factors by ligating it to any DNA-binding domain, optionally a tandem set of fluorescent proteins to track expression, and to the SV40 NLS +ADH1 terminator
