Design Notes

LacI Operator sequence was designed according to reference 1.

TARS sequence was designed according to reference 2.

LVA sequence was designed according to reference 3.

PCR using primers with biobrick prefix and surfix, and then cloned into pSB1AC3.

Source

LacI and T7 terminator was cloned from pET-15b(Novagen).
