P22 Bacteriophage Coat and Scaffolding Protein (tetR/tetA promotor)

This part is a generator for the P22 bacteriophage capsid containing the both capsomers coat protein and scaffold protein. This part was used together with <a 

                   href=" https://parts.igem.org/Part:BBa_K3187044" target="_blank">BBa_K3187044</a> for the dual expression of the P22 capsid with different ratios of LPETGG-tagged coat protein to untagged coat protein. The potential of fine tuning the expression levels of both parts was tested via <a
                   href=" https://parts.igem.org/Part:BBa_K3187011" target="_blank">BBa_K3187011</a>.
