Design Notes

This part contains improved version of the BBa_E1010 red flourescent protein. To make the BioBrick compatible to assembly standard RFC[25], two silent mutations were made to remove two AgeI sites: The AgeI site (accggt) at 573 bp was changed to accagt. The AgeI site (accggt) at 685 bp was changed to acgggt.
