Sequencing data of BBa_K2110000. Sequencing was carried out by <a href="https://www.gatc-biotech.com/shop/en/product-overview/sanger/lightrun/lightrun-tube-barcode.html">GATC Biotech</a> and the samples sent for sequencing was prepared in accordance to the instructions in the Lightrun Sequencing protocol. Primers used were <a href="https://parts.igem.org/Part:BBa_G00100">VF2</a> and <a href="https://parts.igem.org/Part:BBa_G00101">VR,</a> as the part was still inserted into the submission vector and this made sequencing quite a bit easier.
