The simple constitutive gene expression device BBa_I13522 has been used. Each of the four coloured lines show average measurements based on three replicates of the experiment. Discussion
The peak time of the expression of GFP in the Commercial E. coli S30 chassis occurred at about 90 minutes after the start of the reaction. This value was consistent at the different operating temperatures investigated.
