SYFP2 under T7 promoter + RBS

SYFP2 is synthesized when T7-polymerase is induced.

Usage and Biology

When T7 polymerase is present, SYFP2 (BBa_K864100) is produced.

Yellow fluorescence can be observed when the culture is excited with UV light as can be observed in the image below
