Design Notes

This sequence was optimized for expression in E. coli K12. As opposed to the eukaryotic Kozak seuquence on BBa_782004 TALE A from which the TALE in this sequence was inspired, the iGEM Calgary 2013 team placed a strong prokaryotic (B0034) RBS to express it.
