Design Notes

This part contains two subparts: BBa_K1036004 and BBa_K546000 (located in 2013-Plate 1-12D). BBa_K1036004 digested by EcoR I & SpeI and BBa_K546000 digested by EcoR I & XbaI were ligated together by T4 ligase.

The template of sfgfp gene namely biobrick pSB1C3-RBS-sfgfp-TT was provided by 2013 iGEM team Peking.We add the LVA-tag in the end of sfgfp.
