1. Sequence
No NotI restriction site in prefix and suffix.
1bp deletion and 2bp mutation exist between promoter and RBS. (They are not fatal to the function)

2. Result of our experiment
We improved this OUC-China’s phosphate sensor part including phoB promoter by amplifying the phoA promoter region of E. coli (MG1655) and ligating it upstream of GFP part (BBa_K1139200)

Compared to OUC-China’s phosphate sensor part including phoB promoter (Fig. 2), our phosphate sensor part shows clearer result (Fig. 1) (BBa_K1139200, BBa_K1139201).
