tetM

tetM is a tetracycline resistance gene. (Martin. et al. 1986)

We made some characterization of this gene. E coli Top10 could grow on tetracycline (12 µg/ml) with BBa_J23110-BBa_B0034-tetM in a middle copy backbone.
