Applications of BBa_K4461008

Fig1. The HindIII cutting site (AAGCTT) is on the stop codon, and there is only one BamHI cutting site on the plasmid. Therefore, it is correct if the result is one band (3238bp) when we digested with BamHI and HindIII.
