T7 Promoter+RBS+LA-LTP

This peptide is from the LTP family, which is standing for Lipid Transfer Protein. The mechanism of LTP protein is to bind to the lipid on the cell membrane of the pathogen through electrostatic interactions and causes destabilization and permeabilization of the membrane. NCTU_Formosa used it to be one of a training data for creating our anti-fungal peptide scoring card.
