iGEM Dundee 2016

This biobrick part was used to assemble a device that contains a rhamnose-responsive promoter BBa_K914003, a strong RBS BBa_B0030) and OsmY amplified with a C-terminal HA tag. The device showed secretion of OsmY under rhamnose-regulated conditions.

We also used this OsmY biobrick to create two translational fusion proteins (Hfq from E. coli BBa_K1963005 and Serratia BBa_K1963006). These two biobricks were then amplified with a C-terminal HA tag and hooked up to the rhamnose promoter in order test for rhamnose-regulated expression of an sRNA secretion system
