Linker in fusion protein

A linker with the protein sequence GSGGSG was placed in between the CsgA (BBa_K1583000) and the Hydroxyapatite-affinity tag (BBa_K1583102). This design was based on the paper "Programmable biofilm-based materials from engineered curli nanofibres"
