Description

Part of biobrick BBa_K515102, includes optimised insulator, RBS and coding sequence for malate responsive chemoreceptor PA2652 from Pseudomonas aeruginosa PA01. Insulator allows the strength of the RBS to remain the same even when the promoters for this biobrick are changed using PCR, with insulator as start for primers.The translation initiation rate for the RBS sequence is 42010.
