phnC Promoter homology

This part is a 50bp homologous sequence that occurs at region -35 of the phnC promoter from E. coli K-12. It can be used together with phnC UTR 5' homology part (BBa_K3215018) to form a construct containing a flanking region that changes the phn Operon promoter region through recombination techniques, removing the original one (e.g. BBa_K3215007).
