PA2652

Description

This part is a component of the BioBrick BBa_K515102. This part includes an optimised insulator, an RBS and a coding sequence for the malate-responsive chemoreceptor PA2652 from Pseudomonas aeruginosa PA01. The insulator allows the strength of the RBS to remain the same even when the promoters for this BioBrick are changed using PCR, with the insulator acting as the annealing sequence for the primers. The translation initiation rate for the RBS sequence is 42010. This part
