mini-CcaS Generator
This part is used as a generator for mini-CcaS (BBa_K3165000) under a constitutive promoter (BBa_J23106) and a strong ribosome site (BBa_K3165005) with a double terminator (BBa_B0015) .

Usage and Biology
CcaS protein is a cyanobacteriochrome sensor histidine kinase consisting of an N-terminal GAF domain (cGMP phosphodiesterase/ adenyl cyclase/ FhlA) bound to two PAS domains of unknown function attached to a C-terminal Histidine Kinase domain.
It is the light-sensitive part of the photo-sensitive CcaS-CcaR system.
This part helps in the synthesis of CcaS protein constitutively under a strong ribosome binding site. In association with the Ho1-PcyA-CcaR gene system, this part forms the complete optogenetic CcaS-CcaR system.
