High copy BioBrick assembly plasmid
pSB1AK3 is a high copy number plasmid carrying ampicillin and kanamycin resistance. The replication origin is a pUC19-derived pMB1 (copy number of 100-300 per cell).

Usage and Biology
Kanamycin resistant up to 5000 ug/ml.
Tetracycline sensitive at 1.5 ug/ml Chloramphicol sensitive at 3.5 ug/ml (spayne and tk 6/6/05)
