Design Notes

Eukaryotic terminator vector was made by restriction of BioBrick vector pSB1AK3 and ligation of eukaryotic terminator in this vector. We had some problems with ligation of vector itself (without the terminator). This vector was very important for us, because of its terminator. We cloned all our composite parts in this vector, so all composite parts end with terminator.

• RS 16:12, 22 December 2008 (UTC): This plasmid was split into a plasmid backbone (this part) and its default insert BBa_P1010.
