Codon optimized GFP for Vibrio natriegens

This is the optimized version of the GFP biobrick (BBa_E0040. Our goal was to generate a codon-optimized plasmid containing genetic information for GFP for the production in Vibrio natriegens with the aim to compare growth and fluorescence of transformed vibrio natriegens with codon optimized and non-optimized GFP. Therefore, we identified rare codons and exchanged them with frequently used codons.
