4_PIP binding site

PIR is the binding site of PIP(pristinamycin-induced protein), which is is encoded by the streptogramin resistance operon of Streptomyces coelicolor. 4*RE2 has four repeats of PIP binding sites. This part is the basic of the regulable SynPros. The SynTF&SynPros have been showed in the table below.
