pSB_Bs4S-P_xyl: Integrative expression vector for Bacillus subtilis

This part is an expression vector for Bacillus subtilis. It integrates at the thrC locus. It has a ampicillin resistance for cloning in E.coli and chloramphenicol resistance for selection in B.subtilis. The multiple cloning site downstream of a Pxyl promoter, that is inducible with xylose. This backbone is a BioBricked version of the B. subtilis vector pXT.

CAUTION: The submitted BioBrick can somehow not be transformed into Bacillus subtilis. Please do not use this part. When we fixed the problem, we will submit a working version or the detailed protocol!
