This is a linker between two proteins.

Introduction of struc23AA

In our project, we need to construct a protein scaffold with a size of 70kD, which mainly consists of four parts. We need to design three types of linkers to connect these four parts, including IM2, IM7, IM8, and IM9, to form a complete protein scaffold.

We need to use three different linkers to construct the protein scaffold, struc23AA is used to connect IM7 and IM8 in the protein scaffold
