This is the linker between two proteins.

This is the part to connect IM2 and IM7 in the protein scaffold.

Introduction of 23AAXynLinker

In our project, we need to construct a protein scaffold with a size of 70kD, which mainly consists of four parts. We need to design three types of linkers to connect these four parts, including IM2, IM7, IM8, and IM9, to form a complete protein scaffold.
