Site-directed Mutagenesis of Scl2.28 → Scl2.28(GFPGER) Reverse

The primer is designed to modify, via site-directed mutagenesis, the E. coli-optimized Scl2.28 sequence. The resultant sequence, Scl2.28(GFPGER), contains a Gln → Pro mutation and a Leu → Phe mutation, which introduce GFPGER, an integrin-binding site, to the protein.
